I’m Elaine, and I do love to eat. More than that, I love to learn about the story behind the plate and the meaningful memories sharing a meal can create. I grew up in the restaurant business; my parents have opened multiple successful restaurants, and I have been lucky enough to have hands-on experience learning about the ins and outs every step of the way.

I started And A Chocolate Drizzle as a way to share my hobby, my love of baking, with others, and I’m amazed at the community and opportunities it has provided me over the years.

With over 10 years of restaurant industry experience, 7 years of digital marketing expertise, and a deep passion for supporting local businesses, I’ve shifted my focus from content creation for my blog to consulting businesses with their digital marketing needs.
